I would write letters/phone calls/emails to the governor of the state in which you live, every newspaper you can get your hands on, put out flyers, inform everyone in the school, tell the mayor, tell every cop in the zip code and copy the social services. They RARELY do anything that helps kids. i think they are going to hide behind title 42 (the joke of the law that lets social workers reunite kids with their parents, no matter how big of losers they are) the other thing for you to realize is that children's services GETS CASH BONUSES for every kid they keep/put back in the home. it's true. if you don't believe me, get ahold of the procedures for your local department.
