The content of this guideline is great, it may not seem like 
a trait of "goodness" to move away when one feels uncomfortable, 
or to be "cruel to be kind", but it helps reduce the chances 
that a wierd situation will escalate into one where we
have to be more overtly rude or even mean. I agree that the title
needs to be revised. How about, "Be cruel to be kind".

I am voting for it, but I also recommend a title change.
