Summary: A person is having car trouble and is pushing their car to a safer area, or they need a "push-start", pull over and lend a hand.

Author's statement:
It happens to everyone sooner or later, the car has
stalled at a stop light, and it won't start. As the light
turns green, it is now a road hazzard. One can turn on the
hazzard lights and put up the hood, but it is still blocking
traffic on the road way. It must be pushed and it is usually
too large a task for one person.
When one encounters another person with this dilemma,
the good person will pull over and assist in pushing the car
for a bit. It helps to either start the car, or to get the
vehicle to a safe, out of the way place, where the trouble-
shooting process may begin.
It is a physically demanding task, the person who does
lend a hand is a good person.
