Unfortunately, if people were to stop hunting deer, then we will find that they will overpopulate, and, consequently, more of them will die than if the hunting season continued. The problem with anti-hunters is their ignorance on the whole topic. Before you sign any pointless e-petition, I suggest you look up the facts on your state's Department of Conservation website, or the like.
