I voted against this one.

I did so only because I didn't like the title.  the rest
of the guideline was pretty good, but I think the title
mis-represents it.

Some suggested titles:
    "Avoid threatening situations",
    "Be assertive when you feel threatened"
    "Don't be polite to the point where your safety is threatened".

If the title were changed, I probably vote for it.
