The ship dates for the items in your order are displayed
on various pages during the ordering process. These dates
are shown on the 'Product details' page, the 'Shopping cart'
page, and again on the 'Order confirmation' page. The
dates shown on those pages are the most accurate way of
determining when each of the items on your order will be
shipped. That being said, almost all
in stock items are shipped on the next business day after
the order is placed. If the order has backordered items,
any items that are in stock will be shipped on the next
business day, and the backordered items will be shipped
as soon as possible. This will usually be within 2 to
3 weeks. Bulk sizes of the Bi-O-Kleen products as well as
the Dog Beds from Earthdog will take up to 2 weeks to ship as
these items are sent directly from the manufacturer.
