Contra-Band's natural hemp fiber can breath and is machine washable, unlike synthetic fibers which can trap oil and dirt.
Made from all natural un-dyed 100% hemp canvas and adjustable Velcro.

Putting on the Contra-Band:
Remove existing band, leave pins in watch.
Weave Velcro through pins under watch.
Adjust to fit, trim Velcro if needed.
Total length of watchband, including Velcro is approximately
13" or slightly longer.
Total length of hemp webbing is 8".
The Velcro width is .75".
The width of the hemp is 1.25".
