Our recycling centre collects kerbside. Volunteer drivers run the route currently. I've a proposal to employ a full time driver. Anyone reading with experience of kerbside collections invited to respond with ideas. Safety for 'runners' (they run the paths collecting the stuff and ride the side of the truck between times)is over-riding (ar ar) concern, plus minimising damage to truck through drivers unfamiliar with operations and route. Would welcome ideas. Cheers
