I agree with this analysis of the "kindness" guideline and voted against it, but I think it is alright to have the 100 point option be one that only a Buddha or a very obsessive person would measure up to. That is the case with most of the guidelines:
100 pt for perfect guideline compliance
50 pt for regular good type behavior
0 pt for someone who exhibits no trace of said behavior

0 pt BadHuman
