I am not sure about this new model specifically. If it is the
Nickel Metal Hydride, do not put this in your Ni-Cad charger.
The general rules are as follows:

DON’T recharge a battery unless it is specifically marked
"rechargeable." Attempting to recharge a normal battery could
result in rupture or leakage. Do not use rechargeable alkaline
batteries in a nickel cadmium battery charger.
