Summary: Want a more happy and fulfilling life? Try to be good.
The world can be a mean place. It seems everyone is out
for themselves at the expense of others, corporations ignore
people for profits; traffic, malls and long lines serve to
alienate us. It isn't difficult to defensively face the
world with a cold exterior. This acts to reinforce the
badness of it all. If someone cuts us off in traffic and we
"flip the bird" or someone cuts in line and we snarl at them,
we begin adopting the bad qualities of society.
We may behave badly and not even realize it.
Want more happiness, warmth and goodness in your life?
Try to be more good. Goodness breeds more goodness.
