It is much more economical and environmentally kind to use washable plastic containers. Author's statement: It's wasteful to use plastic bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil when you're storing food. Get reusable, washable containers to store leftovers and take food to work. If you already have plastic baggies, plastic wrap and aluminum foil, reuse them until they disintegrate and don't buy any more! |
