You can return items that don't
fit or that you don't like for some other
reason. This should
be done within 30 days
of when you receive the order, and the
items should be in new condition.
If the item is defective, then
we will pay to ship the item back to
us. Otherwise, you'll pay for this
charge. It usually costs less than
$4.00 to ship things.
In both cases, we'll refund the
total of your original purchase. This refund
will including shipping charges if all items
from your order are returned.
Note: (Express mail, FedEx standard, & international
shipping charges are excluded from
this policy. Express & international
shipping charges are not
refunded)
Once we receive the returned items, we will
refund the money to your credit card.
Refunds will appear as a negative charge
on your credit card bill, and they should
appear on the next credit card statement
you receive from the credit card company. For check
orders and orders placed through amazon.com, we will
send you a check for the amount of your refund.
To return or exchange items, please send

If you'd rather exchange the
item for a new one, then we are happy
to do this as well. In this case, please
include a note with the package explaining
which items you would like in exchange for
your returned merchandise. Once we receive
the merchandise, we will refund any difference in
the prices between the items and we will send
out the new items.
Returns and exchanges may take
up to 2 weeks to process after we receive the
returned merchandise.
